Chess team plays

Empire Bay Public School’s rookie chess team went to Copacabana Public School on Wednesday, May 9.
The first win went to Michael Koole with a good checkmate.
The second match was a close one with Shawn Lenard making a stalemate to ensure a draw.
Ben Crain and Simon Koole both won their games easily.
Mr Fraser transported the team to the competition.
