Writing on the waterfront
A writing class will follow one of the famous writings of "The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam" on October 24 at midday in the CWA Hall, which stands on the picturesque water-front of Woy Woy.
How lucky we are to have a writing class in this particular part of Woy Woy.
It is sometimes hard to concentrate on our work, as the view from the CWA Hall is second to none.
Now that the ferry has started up again it will be even more interesting.
Some members of the group have sadly missed this form of transport.
The bus and train make Woy Woy accessible but the Ferry Service is unique.
Should anyone be inspired to write poetry, memoirs or even limericks, please come along.
Details can be obtained from Kincumber Adult and Community Education Centre on 4369 1187 or H Roberts on 4369 7702.
I hope to see you there.
