Beach touch football plans

 

The Umina PCYC plans to launch a beach touch football competition this summer.

Referees are required as well as players.

The competition will start on Tuesday, October 29, at Terrigal Beach; on Wednesday October 30 at Avoca Beach; and Thursday, October 31, at Umina Beach.

It will be a six-week competition with two weeks of finals.

If this pilot competition is successful, organisers plan to run another during semester one of next year in a similar arrangement.
