Council has approved a development application for demolition of an existing dwelling and construction of proposed four-unit residential flat building at 21 Norman St, Umina Beach, at its meeting on October 14.
It was moved by Cr Chris Holstein and seconded by Cr Judith Penton that the recommendation of the Director of Development and Health be adopted.
The motion was carried.
A development application under SEPP 5 housing for five units at 217 Blackwall Rd, Woy Woy, was also approved at the meeting.
