Kersten wins scholarship |
Kersten Kempken from Brisbane Water Secondary College has been presented with the Senior Tap scholarship from the Central Coast Eisteddford by Gosford mayor Cr Robert Bell.
"Kersten was amongst a cast of exceptional performers who were selected to showcase their talents at Laycock Street Theatre," according to the college newsletter.
"The review was of a high standard consisting of items ranging from soloists, violinists, piano forte, drama, speech, singing and dance."
"Kersten received the highest mark of honours with a distinction in her gold star tap exam."
