Brisbane Water Secondary College Umina Campus counsellor Ms Christine Anderson has retired from the college.
"Christine has been a great support to children at this school in a whole range of issues," college principal Mr Frank Gasper said.
"She has dealt with all situations with compassion, understanding and a great sense of professionalism."
