Proceed with beach upgrade

It's obvious to anyone who reads the annual report for the Ettalong Club that it may now be in no position to contribute its $300,000 towards the town beach improvements.

However, the potential loss of the contribution by the Ettalong Club should not let Gosford Council off the hook in progressing with the upgrade of our beach.

It is their deliberate and ongoing lack of maintaining and improving our beach and foreshore that has seen it overgrown and the waterfront degraded, no longer the beautiful beach it was years ago.
